Case Study: Tele Atlas

The Project

Tele Atlas uses the Oracle UCM for a wide variety of purposes throughout their organization. They needed processes, procedures, examples, and training so that they could build a sustainable environment for their many application. Tele Atlas put great emphasis on building internal knowledge of the Oracle UCM product, and worked with Online Vitality to develop a series of training classes and key projects that could be used to get their team up and running.

Online Vitality has provided long-term development and strategic support for a wide variety of Oracle UCM-based projects at Tele Atlas. Projects include designing and developing the Partner Extranet, developing key multi-lingual modules for the external, customerfacing site, and building an internal tool for tracking the documents associated with the many legal entities within the Tele Atlas family of companies.

Online Vitality works directly with members of the Tele Atlas development team (based both domestically and in Europe) to provide oversight and guidance throughout most Oracle UCM projects. When needed, Tele Atlas has commissioned custom training courses to help boost their internal knowledge of Oracle and how best to design projects and implementations within their environment. Online Vitality is a key component in the ongoing success of the Tele Atlas Oracle UCM implementation.
